Return and Refund Policy for Auction Junction LLC.

At www.auctionjunction.org, we strive to provide a fair and transparent auction experience. Please review our return and refund policy to understand how we handle returns and refunds for items purchased through our platform.

  • 1. All Sales Are Final
    • All auction items sold on www.auctionjunction.org are final once the winning bid has been accepted and payment has been processed.
    • We encourage you to review product descriptions, images, and ask questions about the items before placing a bid to ensure you’re comfortable with your purchase.
  • 2. Conditions for Returns
    In some cases, returns may be accepted if:
    • Item is damaged or defective upon receipt. If the item you won at auction is significantly damaged or defective due to manufactures defect, you must report it within 3 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer service team with detailed photos of the damage.
  • 3. Process for Returns
    • To request a return, please contact our customer service team at heather@auctionjunction.org with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
    • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the item is returned incomplete or damaged, a partial refund may be issued.
  • 4. Return Shipping Costs
    • For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
    • For returns for any other reason, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • 5. Refund Process
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
    • Please note that if a return is not accepted (e.g., due to buyer’s remorse or failure to meet return conditions), the buyer will not be refunded.
  • 6. Auction-Only Items
    • Please note that for certain auction-only items, including collectibles or limited edition items, returns may not be possible unless explicitly stated in the auction listing.
  • 7. Exceptions
    • Final Sale Items: Some auction items may be listed as “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items will be clearly marked in the auction listing.
  • 8. No Returns on Bid Cancellations
    • If a bidder cancels a bid after it has been placed, or if a winning bidder fails to pay, no return or refund will be issued.
  • 9. Dispute Resolution
    • In the event of a dispute over a return or refund, we encourage buyers and sellers to resolve the matter directly. If further assistance is needed, our support team can help mediate. In extreme cases, legal action may be pursued.
